1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MatPilot mobile application and web platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MatPilot is a gym management platform that enables gym owners to manage memberships, schedules, announcements, and communications. The Service provides tools for gym owners, coaches, and members to interact and manage gym-related activities.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

Gym Owners

• Are responsible for the accuracy of gym information, schedules, and announcements
• Must ensure compliance with applicable laws regarding gym operations and member data
• Are responsible for managing coaches, members, and gym content

Coaches

• May access member information only as necessary for coaching activities
• Must use communication tools responsibly and professionally

Members

• Must use the Service in accordance with gym rules and policies
• Are responsible for maintaining accurate personal information

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the messaging or communication features
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system resources
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to access the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (including gym logos, profile pictures, and announcements). By uploading content, you grant MatPilot a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatPilot and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
